Oakridge Ranch is a private gated rural community of approximately 4400 acres located on CR215 south of I-10 between Columbus and Weimar, Texas. Oakridge Ranch is laid out in eleven sections, each having recorded Covenants and Deed Restrictions. There are 236 individual tracts of land, which are generally 15 – 20 acres in size. The Oakridge Ranch Community Center is located on 2.6 acres at Section 8 Tract 1, at 1904 Oakridge Road. The 16.07 miles of roads in Oakridge Ranch are privately owned and maintained.
